How to log onto my computer as "Administrator".
How to log onto my computer as Admisistrator? When I try to find out, the page I'm on tells me the instructions (below) do not pertain to myy particular Windows XP!! Why is it there, then? Also tells me it may not work. Fine kettle of fish. Should I go ahead and take the chance? Can't find info anywhere else in my "Help". I need to do this, as I would like to make some changes that require "Administrator" status. Thanks,Maine Doc1 person needs an answerI do too

This is the third separate post you've made about the same subject. There is no need to make multiple posts like this; it just makes more work for the people trying to help you. Please go back to this thread to which I have already replied and supply all the missing details. This also includes what you are trying to do and what "page I'm on...." and what "changes" you want to make. http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/xpperformance/thread/14dd01b1-96d5-48fd-b1a1-38aca5f754cf MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
